Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, carrier issues, or other unforeseen factors beyond our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in additional reshipping fees.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Elevated Mind Body is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. For added security, we recommend using a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package.
